Welcome to Global Education Fest. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://globaleducationfest.com and your registrations, award nominations, exhibition bookings, partnerships and related participation.

The website and event are operated by [AKS Worldwide Private limited) referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”.

Please read these terms before submitting a form or making a payment. Where a booking requires acceptance, these terms will be made available before you confirm it.

1. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or submitting forms.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with website operations, upload harmful material or submit fraudulent information.

If you act on behalf of a school, institution, company or another person, you must have appropriate authority to do so.

2. Enquiries and Form Submissions

Submitting a contact form, partnership enquiry or stall booking enquiry does not by itself confirm participation, reserve exhibition space or establish a partnership.

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your submission only. Any booking or arrangement becomes confirmed when we issue written confirmation and you fulfil the stated requirements, including payment where applicable.

Newsletter subscriptions do not constitute event registration.

3. Event Registration

Registrations are subject to availability, eligibility and the conditions stated for the selected participation category.

Your confirmation will specify the services included in your booking. Travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, transfers and other expenses are excluded unless expressly included in writing.

Please check your registration details and notify us promptly of any errors.

Registration transfers or substitutions require our written approval and may be subject to identity checks, availability and any conditions disclosed before booking.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees, applicable taxes, inclusions and payment deadlines will be communicated before payment.

Payments must be made through the official payment channels, invoice or written communication. Please verify any unexpected request to change payment details using our official contact number.

Where payment is required to confirm participation, an unpaid or incomplete booking may be released after the communicated deadline.

Any additional services or charges require your agreement. Changes to published prices will not retrospectively alter an already confirmed booking unless you request a change or applicable law requires an adjustment.

5. Award Nominations and Selection

Submitting an award nomination does not guarantee selection or an award.

Nominations are assessed against the relevant category criteria and evaluation process. Applicants must provide accurate information and may be asked for supporting evidence or clarification.

We may reject or disqualify entries containing materially false, misleading, plagiarised or unauthorised content. Where appropriate, applicants will have an opportunity to clarify discrepancies.

As stated on our awards page, participation fees apply only to selected awardees. The amount, inclusions and participation conditions will be communicated before payment.

Payment does not replace the evaluation process or guarantee selection.

Any requirements concerning ceremony attendance, collection, delivery or alternative arrangements will be communicated separately before an awardee commits to a paid participation package.

Selection decisions do not restrict your right to raise a concern about an administrative error, unfair practice or any matter protected by law.

6. Exhibition and Stall Bookings

Stall bookings are subject to availability, written confirmation and the agreed payment schedule.

Your booking confirmation or exhibitor agreement will specify the stall size, location or allocation process, facilities, access arrangements and included services.

Exhibitors must:

• Provide accurate descriptions of their products and services.
• Follow venue, safety, installation and dismantling instructions.
• Obtain any licences or permissions required for their activities.
• Ensure their displays and materials do not infringe third-party rights.
• Take responsibility for their staff, equipment and belongings.
• Collect attendee information lawfully and respect communication preferences.

Exhibitors must not obstruct walkways, create safety hazards or conduct activities outside their agreed space without approval.

Any necessary change to an agreed stall allocation will be communicated. Material changes will be addressed with the affected exhibitor, including available alternatives and applicable remedies.

Participation does not guarantee sales, leads or commercial outcomes.

7. Partnerships and Sponsorships

Submitting a partnership form expresses interest only.

Partnership and sponsorship benefits, fees, deliverables, branding permissions and cancellation terms must be agreed in writing.

Neither party may describe the other as a confirmed partner or use its branding without permission.

A separate signed agreement will govern the specific commercial arrangement. This website terms apply to matters that agreement does not address, subject to applicable law.

8. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent to info@globaleducationfest.com, quoting your name, booking reference and relevant payment details.

Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation terms disclosed and accepted before payment, together with applicable law.

Any permitted deductions will be explained. Cancellation charges, where applicable.

If we cancel the event without providing the booked service, we will notify affected participants and explain the available refund or other remedies. Any credit or transfer offered as an alternative will be subject to your agreement where required.

These terms do not exclude statutory refund rights or remedies for services that are not supplied as agreed.

9. Programme Changes and Postponement

Event programmes may change, including session timings, speakers, activities and venue arrangements.

We will communicate significant changes through appropriate channels. Minor programme changes do not automatically create a refund entitlement, subject to the agreed booking terms and applicable law.

If the event is postponed or its location or format changes materially, we will explain the revised arrangements and the options available to affected participants.

10. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control

Events such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, serious security incidents or major infrastructure failures may affect delivery.

Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption, notify affected participants and explain available arrangements.

Any cancellation, postponement, refund or credit will be handled under the agreed terms and applicable law. This clause does not automatically remove obligations to provide legally required remedies.

11. Travel and Visa Arrangements

Unless included in your confirmed package, you are responsible for travel, accommodation, insurance and any required visas or entry permissions.

An invitation or participation letter does not guarantee a visa or permission to enter India. Such decisions rest with the relevant authorities.

Please check booking and cancellation conditions before making independent travel arrangements. Responsibility for related losses will be determined under the applicable agreement and law.

12. Conduct and Safety

Participants must treat others respectfully and follow reasonable venue, safety and event instructions.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, fraud and unlawful activities are prohibited.

We may refuse entry or remove a person where reasonably necessary to protect safety or address a serious breach. Any refund consequences will depend on the circumstances, the agreed terms and applicable law.

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. Any responsibility on our part remains subject to applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials

Website content, event branding and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where legally permitted.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You permit us to use them only as reasonably necessary to process your submission and deliver the participation you have agreed to.

Any wider promotional use of your biography, photograph, logo or other materials will be covered by the relevant permission or agreement.

Speaker presentations and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Photography, Recording and Privacy

Photography, filming or livestreaming may take place at the event. Relevant notices and any required consent arrangements will be provided.

Please contact us before attending if you have concerns about being photographed or recorded.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, available on this website. Accepting these terms does not automatically provide consent for unrelated marketing or unrestricted use of your image.

15. Third-Party Services

External websites, payment providers, hotels, travel providers and exhibitors may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Please review those terms before using their services. Links or participation do not automatically constitute our endorsement or a guarantee of their services.

Our responsibility for services we directly supply or agree to arrange remains subject to the applicable contract and law.

16. Liability

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions as provided by applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for speculative or indirect commercial losses, such as anticipated sales or business opportunities arising from participation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Questions, Complaints and Disputes

Please contact us first so we can investigate and work towards a resolution.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before courts, consumer commissions or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from approaching a competent authority or exercising a statutory remedy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will display the revised publication date on this page.

The terms accepted at the time of a confirmed booking will continue to govern that booking unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
